All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Due to the instant access and nature of downloadable content, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Services (Reiki Sessions, Tarot Readings, etc.)

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed or late appointments without notice may be forfeited.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If physical products are added to our shop in the future:

Refunds may be offered for damaged or defective items only.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
